Over the centuries, the Reisegger Closed Farm has been used as a noble court, a prestigious farmhouse, a farm and an exclusive residence. In its current state, it has three interconnected main buildings, plus a large tool shed, spread over three above-ground floors. In the basement there is still the historic wine cellar used to process the renowned Schiava and Lagrein grapes from over 1 hectare of pergola-trellised vineyard. This is the best hillside portion of the Rencio - Santa Maddalena wine-growing area, which in fact enjoys excellent climatic conditions that guarantee first-class wine production. Taking advantage of the current redevelopment project approved in 2021, the existing cubature of 2,709 cubic metres would increase to 4,580 cubic metres.
