Engel & Völkers started in Italy in 2004 and it has been an adventurous journey so far:
I am proud to be the first person on board as "BeandDoItAll" Real Estate Agent and Sole Director of the first Engel & Völkers Shop in Italy opening at Lake Como and creating and inspiring the first E&V Sales Team. Same year I sold the first million Euro property in Italy with the brand E&V and assisted the first expansion/licence signature of the E&V brand and opening of the second Engel & Völkers Shop at Lake Maggiore and moving on to close deals at the North Italian Lakes and Milano.
In 2011 I was inspired to be part of the Expansion Team Italy creating a significant entrepreneurial network being responsible for the further development of the Engel & Völkers Network in Lombardy and South Tyrol working from the Engel & Völkers Italy HQ in Milano and sucessfully expanding the Network by bringing on board the colleagues of Desenzano del Garda , Monza, Brianza, Bergamo in 2013 and selling the licences of Bolzano, Merano, Bressanone-Brunico in South Tyrol and Cortina d'Ampezzo in 2014 to a well known international operating entrepreneur, which inspired me than to become his business partner and lead the project into a successful one and WE did and keep on doing it as TEAM of 33 after setting the standard to make the first multiple million Euro sale myself and inspiring the Team Leader and the Team of Cortina d'Ampezzo and Bolzano, Merano, Bressanone-Brunico in South Tyrol to do it likewise.
