This manor house stands on the side of an iconic hill of the Florentine Chianti region, a few steps from the village of Badia a Passignano and close to the Antinori winery. The property, divided between the main house and the dependance, is surrounded by a private park and a relaxation area overlooking the woods. Between the two buildings a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven and a washbasin in travertine. In front of the buildings is the swimming pool. In 2021 the property underwent careful renovation, both externally and internally, where valuable materials were used with modern and refined furnishings. At the entrance, a large and bright living/open-space area with large French windows on three sides; from the living area we enter the kitchen, also accessible from outside, and a hallway that gives access to a bathroom with laundry, a first bedroom and the large master bedroom with wardrobe room and en-suite bathroom clad in Calacatta marble. In the dependance we find a study, a guest room and a bathroom with shower. To complete the property, an artesian well, a wood shed, a technical area and a covered parking area. The house is gas free and has air conditioning in all rooms.
