There are currently 24 rooms of various sizes, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. The interior finishes are of a high standard with handmade terracotta floors and original 1800s frescoes. The rooms have large windows that overlook the gentle views or a charming internal courtyard with a central well, which is the oldest part of the villa. In the communal areas there are spacious lounges with rustic Tuscan-style ceilings with wooden beams. Underneath the villa there is a splendid private swimming pool set in a sunny position with views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves, a restaurant housed in the former wine cellar, various evocative outdoor spaces where events, weddings or outdoor lunches and dinners are organised, and to complete the property about 5.50 hectares of olive groves.

The villa is located within the wine-growing area of Chianti, renowned throughout the world for its vineyards and cellars, and in a strategic position a few steps from San Casciano Val di Pesa, where all the main services can be found, and about 20 minutes by car from Florence, where it is possible to find an airport and high-speed train line. Furthermore, from the property the main Tuscan tourist destinations such as Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and Lucca can easily be reached.
