One could hardly have found a more beautiful place for this magnificent Art Nouveau villa - it seems to be enthroned on a property created especially for it in order to have the best view over the Weidlingbach valley and the Vienna Woods. It was built in 1909/1910 according to a design by the famous architect Hans Prutscher, who also planned the richly furnished garden. The mansard roof with ornamental, glazed tile covering sits like a protective head on the three-storey building and houses a centrally protruding balcony avant-corps on the southern main front, which is flanked in the roof area by two pairs of caryatids. These beautiful gatekeepers add aesthetic pleasure and eroticism to the appearance of the building. Noble vases adorn the roof terrace of the two-storey extension to the east. The loggias of the living rooms are oriented to the southeast, so that the view can wander far into the distance. The interior of the villa currently accommodates three separate, spacious living units and an additional living area on the garden level. Unique details such as the valuable tiling of the staircase and the bathrooms convey the noble, historical ambience of Art Nouveau.
