This is the most extraordinary contemporary building designed in Venice, created inside a 19th century industrial building on the Giudecca Island, in an area full of exclusive hotels, culture places and wonderful views.The concept of the loft is that of a place where matter, water and light merge into a single element, creating a continuum between interior and external space in which to immerse oneself admiring the Venetian landscapes and savoring the atmosphere of architecture and industrial design. The structure has 6 huge windows, a pleasant roof terrace, a large private garden but above all a rare private dock/terrace on the water of about 300 square meters with two exclusive private berths for boats: the access to the lagoon is therefore total. 1st level: entrance, open space living room of about 100 square meters with kitchen and elegant dining room, wardrobe, three closets, three bathrooms, laundry/bathroom and external storage plus various hallways. 2nd level: Two majestic bedrooms of around 40 square meters each with private wardrobe and bathroom. 3rd level: Covering roof terrace of about 15 square meters.
