Thomas Zornow

With a 30 years’ experience in the Real Estate market and more than 800 successful sales, Thomas describes himself as passionate about psychology and sales-coaching books. His strength is the meticulous analysis of each potential buyer's need, which enables him to satisfy the customer without wasting his time.

Born and grown up in Germany, he can speak: German, English and Italian.

During his first trip to the Bel Paese, 22 years ago, he fell in love with Italy, its culture, its lifestyle, its unique landscapes and started dreaming of living there one day.

In 2012 he moved to Lake Maggiore and with Engel & Völkers dealt with the sale of exclusive properties mainly to foreign investors.

In 2017 he decided to move to the famous Island Capri to help Engel&Völkers to open the agency there and dealing in luxury sea-view properties.

In 2019 he became the Office Manager of the Engel & Völkers shop in Asti, in the Monferrato area, a territory he immediately fell in love with.

Thanks to his working method and his professional team training, the shop's turnover has a continuously growing trend.

He loves teamwork and personal relationships and in his free time he enjoys chess, karate and tasting fine wines from the area.
