Michael Wyckoff

As a career real estate broker, Mr. Wyckoff has worked on the Gulf coast of Tampa Bay's real estate market for nearly 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Florida State University. Building a foundation for his real estate career, he worked for a franchised real estate firm, and became a trainer for the franchise. Mr. Wyckoff earned his Florida Real Estate Instuctor's license in 1993 and later opened The Real Estate Learning Center. He is currently the Managing Broker of Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach, a License Partner of Engel & Völkers South Tampa and is a member of the prestigious Private Office within the global network of Engel & Völkers Advisors. Mr. Wyckoff is a member of the following designations: GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute, CRB - Council Real Estate Brokerage Managers - CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert.
