Jake Berry

Following in his Grandfather’s footsteps, Jake began his real estate career focused in Whitefish and the surrounding areas in 2012. Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, he was able to watch the strides his grandfather took when owning Kalispell Realty while discovering all the passions Montana has to offer. Boating on the clear lakes scattered around the valley, adventuring on the eastern side of Montana or hitting the slopes, the beauty and many adventures Montana has to offer are endless. Montana sprouted a love for adventure in Jake. Adventure not only took him to explore the neighborhoods, trails, and mountains in the Valley he grew up in, it took him to explore many different countries, and he is ready to explore more. Though the South Pacific being one of his favorites with its many ocean activities, Jake keeps anchored in Montana. Watching his grandfather operate his own real estate brokerage, he saw the many joys the career gave, and the many friends his grandfather made through his business; making the career choice easy. Being a Real Estate Broker, Jake is able to stay active and give back to his community, watch his clients excitement at closing, meet people and make friends. Being a trusted resource in the complex world of Real Estate, Jake has found that not only expertise in the Flathead Valley is needed, but continuing to grow and educating himself is necessary. Jake is always striving to take a lead in the industry, with an understanding, that buying or selling property is more than just a transaction, it is a life-changing experience.
