Gaiané moved from Moscow to Paris in 1997. She studied at the Sorbonne university and obtained an MBA in the marketing of luxury products at the business school of Cartier. She started her career in Accor Group and then worked on different projects of launching new restaurants for Alain Ducasse. In 2008 she founded her own business in luxury retail. In 2017 she sold her company to a large group.
Gaiané joined Engel&Voelkers in 2018 and is in charge of the private office since 2020. Gaiané is passionate about the luxury industry.
She has a active life, likes yoga and mountaneering ski.
She speaks Russian, French, English and Armenian.
