Dawn Maddux

With over 20 years of experience in building strategic advertising and marketing campaigns and implementing effective media placement for a number of large-scale clients, Dawn brings a fresh approach to the real estate industry. Her background combined with her passion and dedication quickly elevated her in the industry as a top producer in Western Montana during the recession in 2010, and she has maintained that position since.
Dawn started her real estate career at Windemere Real Estate, where she was awarded the Missoula Organization of Realtors “New Comer of the Year” by her peers. Dawn opened her own successful real estate brokerage, Maddux Real Estate Group in 2013 and negotiated the sale of Maddux Real Estate Group to Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014. While at Glacier Sotheby’s, Dawn was the top producing broker and carried the largest number of listings in the company. In 2017 Dawn purchased the Engel & Völkers franchise for Western Montana and opened her first shop in the heart of Downtown Missoula. In just under three years, she has strategically expanded Engel & Völkers Western Frontier to encompass 7 (with 3 more opening soon) throughout Western Montana with a combined 92 Real Estate Advisors and staff. In 2018 Dawn was the #1 real estate professional in the state of Montana for total sales volume, sold the largest residential property in Montana and brokered the largest sale on Flathead Lake in over a decade. In 2019 she ranked #1 for Montana on the Real Trends + Tom Ferry’s list of best Real Estate Professional in America. In 2020 she was recognized by Newsweek as one of Americas Top Real Estate Professionals and was the #14 top producing broker for all of Engel & Völkers Americas. Dawn has successfully closed over a quarter of a billion in sales. Dawn aggressively markets her listings to local, regional, national and global publications and websites.
