Beatriz Hidalgo de Cisneros Wilckens

Born into a typical spanish & german mixed family of the time in the north of Spain, I grew up with the motivation of meeting people from foreign countries. I studied Hotel Management in Germany and afterwards I worked for many years at another globally known german brand first in Germany and then back in Spain, in the beautiful city of Barcelona, where I have been living since and where my own family comes from. I was always privately connected with the Real Estate Business and, as I was offered the opportunity to join the Engel & Völkers first Market Center in Barcelona, I took the chance. So here I am, several years later, enjoying the up´s and down´s of this exciting business within the Engel & Völkers family. I have the priviledge to work in Barcelona, the town where you can find architectonic treasures or exellent properties in uptown residential locations, all of them rather near to each other and easily connected. Barcelona has its own dynamic and singular way of life, easily recognizable worldwide.

I am familiar with all legal & administrative requirements, as well as the communications & negotiation skills our job requires, but my greatest motivation is to meet our customers needs, to get to know them, to understand what they really are looking for, to read between the lines, specially of all clients from abroad who are not familiar with the process of real estate in Spain, also to give them trust when it comes to finding a property to buy in Barcelona. I am familiar with complicated situations, they come with the job description, so, being creative and persistent in finding solutions or never giving up easily on a negotiation are my leitmotiv.

My portfolio includes mostly a variety of luxury homes and penthouses in the premium location of uptown Barcelona in Pedrables, as well as family appartments or condos in residential neighbourhoods.
